Cracklings are a product obtained by processing pig fat. Typical element of the Campania culinary tradition, cracklings have been able, in recent years and in all their simplicity, to make a leap in quality, becoming considered an excellent snack to be consumed during an aperitif but also to be included in other preparations to go to flavor them.
- Ingredients: Pork adipose tissue.
- Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.
- Advice: The cicoli, once the vacuum package has been opened, must be stored on the lower shelves of the refrigerator where the temperature is lower. Otherwise in unopened packaging they can be stored for 1/2 months.
