The cutting of the buffalo litter is a true ritual in which everyone can participate when meeting at the table on special occasions. The surprise effect will make everyone's mouth water.
- Ingredients:Buffalo milk, salt, rennet, cow's cream.

Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.
-
Advice: The opened and cut buffalo litter should be stored in the refrigerator, at around 4°C. The ideal would be to store it in an absolutely clean, dry and sealed glass, ceramic or plastic container. This will avoid contamination with odors, flavors or bacteria from other foods.
