Caciocavallo is a stretched curd cheese of very ancient origin, with a thin, rather soft skin, the curd is stretched and can be smoked with a wood fire or natural straw.
- Ingredients: Buffalo and cow milk, rennet, salt.

Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.

Advice: The caciocavallo is kept in the fridge, possibly in a lower compartment.
