The Neapolitan pasta omelette is a true delicacy: you can serve them as an appetizer, for an aperitif or, why not, for a proper packed lunch. Our ready-to-fry version is prepared in 5 minutes and has all the flavor of real Neapolitan street food.
- Ingredients: Whole milk, butter, 00 flour, durum wheat bucatini, ground Scottona, peas, extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan, eggs, fior di latte.
- Delivery: The omelettes are carefully wrapped and packed in boxes suitable for transporting food. The packages are shipped by express courier every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with delivery within 24/48 hours.
- Tips: Prepare a batter with two tablespoons of flour and half a glass of water, bread the omelettes and then fry them in hot oil. The ideal is to eat them hot, freshly fried, but they are also good at room temperature.
