Delicate, full-bodied and fragrant, pastiera is a traditional dessert made up of elastic but crumbly shortcrust pastry and a creamy filling made from ricotta and wheat.
- Ingredients: Ricotta, sugar, wheat, eggs, milk, orange blossom, cinnamon, salt, lemon, butter.
- Delivery: The pastiera is carefully packaged and packed in boxes suitable for transporting food. The packages are shipped by express courier every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with delivery within 24/48 hours.
- Advice: The pastiera can be kept perfectly for up to 3/4 days at room temperature, in a dry and cool place. The ideal is to cover it with a clean and breathable kitchen towel. Alternatively, it can be placed in the fridge and stored for up to 7 days.
