Pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and bronze drawn. Italian craftsmanship with long and delicate drying at low temperature. The name derives from "paccarià" which in Neapolitan dialect means "slap" due to its large and heavy consistency. They are excellent with Neapolitan-style meat sauce, dense and full-bodied.
- Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta, water.
- Delivery: The pasta packages are carefully packaged in boxes suitable for transporting food. Packages are shipped by express courier from Monday to Friday with delivery within 24/48 hours.
- Advice: Store the pasta closed in its original packaging in a cool, dry place. Once cooked, the pasta should be stored in the fridge in a tightly closed container.
