Buffalo stracciatella is considered the white gold of Southern Italy, made of stretched curd and very fresh cream, enchanting with a simple slice of toasted bread and perfect for flavoring first courses and velvety soups.

• Ingredients: Strips of buffalo milk mozzarella and cow's milk cream.
• Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature. 
  
• Advice: Store the buffalo stracciatella in the refrigerator, at around 4°C, preferably in a clean, dry and sealed glass, ceramic or plastic container to avoid contamination with odors, flavors or bacteria from others foods
