The good one “cries” when cut. Milk cream! Shiny white colour, soft and tender consistency, and a very thin elastic crust on the surface. The traditional shape is rounded, even in the morsel versions.
- Ingredients: Cow's milk, rennet and salt.

Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.

Advice: Store the fior di latte in the fridge at +4°C, leaving it to soak in its governing liquid: this way it can maintain its original flavor and properties.
