Provola made from buffalo milk is a mozzarella subjected to natural smoking. For smoking, the smoke produced by straw and bay leaves is used, which gives it a sensational taste and aroma.

Ingredients:Buffalo milk, rennet, salt, straw smoke and bay leaves.

Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.

Advice: Store it in a glass or ceramic container immersed in its liquid and consume it within 24 hours. It can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 4 days. If you really have leftovers, remember that you can also make stringy baked pasta with it.
