Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP is a product obtained from the processing of the "first whey" derived from the cheesemaking of buffalo milk of the Italian Mediterranean breed which is the one used for the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Taste it: its fresh and delicately sweet flavor will win you over.

Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm and, if necessary, also with the insertion of bags of dry ice in them. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature.

Tips: Excellent for spreading on bread or to enrich sauces and other recipes. Store ricotta in the refrigerator, if possible in a closed container.
