Call it stir-fry or strong soup or strong sauce, the meaning doesn't change! In the past it was considered the snack (a' marenn) of the poor, but today it has become one of the most popular typical dishes in Naples and beyond.

• Ingredients: Beef and pork meat and offal, sweet and spicy chili pepper extract, tomato concentrate, pork lard, preservative E250, salt. 
• Delivery: Shipments are made using polystyrene containers with lids, with a thickness between 4 and 6 cm. All this to guarantee freshness and the ideal temperature. 
• Advice: Once the vacuum package has been opened, the sauce must be stored in the refrigerator. Otherwise in the unopened package it can be stored for 1/2 months. To consume it, simply heat it in a pan, perhaps with a drizzle of water, and then you can enjoy it accompanied by croutons or as a condiment for pasta.
